            Present situation of casting of aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy

            The proportion of non-ferrous alloy casting output and total casting output in mainland China in 2002~2016 years is shown in Table 1.             Over the past 50 years since the founding of the people's Republic of China, especially in the past 30 years of reform and opening up, the development of non-ferrous alloy casting has made great progress. Some large-scale backbone enterprises have introduced a large number of new technologies and equipment, and the investment of foreign capital and joint ventures has further promoted the development of light alloy casting industry. But there is still a big gap compared with the industrial development countries. It is mainly manifested in the following aspects:
            (1) poor comprehensive quality of castings
            The proportion of gravity casting and sand casting in China's light alloy castings is still larger. There is a gap in appearance quality and internal quality, with large processing allowance, high waste rate and low alloy utilization. The reasons are manifold, which are closely related to the backward production equipment and technology.
            (2) poor basic conditions of foundry equipment
            The process equipment is not complete, especially for the design and manufacture of metal mold.
            _Theproduction of raw and auxiliary materials is relatively scattered, its production equipment is simple, backward technology, shortage of testing means, incomplete varieties of raw and auxiliary materials, unstable quality;
            There is a big gap between testing means and technical equipment. The quality inspection of raw and auxiliary materials, the control inspection of casting process and the internal quality inspection of castings are not strictly carried out, which often fails to play the role of monitoring and prevention.
            _Manyenterprises in our country do not take the initiative and strictly implement the line standard, the national standard and the enterprise standard conforming to the international standard in the whole production process. Some do not even carry out the standard, the enterprise standard is lower than the national standard, and the reject rate is as high as 30 to 50%. In addition, many standards in China have not been amended for many years, which has brought a lot of inconvenience to the production and sale of products. Only a few specialized foundries have passed the ISO9000 certification system widely implemented in the international market.
            (3) the problem of environmental protection and energy consumption is serious
            Many non-ferrous alloy foundries are backward in production methods and equipment, which produce a large amount of harmful gas and dust in the production process, and lack effective environmental protection measures. This not only seriously pollutes the environment, but also has the health of the victims.

            Generally, foundries have problems such as poor working environment and high labor intensity, which lead to difficulties in recruiting workers, loss of technical staff and serious shortage of technical strength. After the reform and opening up, many enterprises have carried out technical transformation and introduced a large number of new technology and new equipment. Because of the poor base of the original workers, the functions of the new equipment have not been played well, and the new process has been successfully implemented.
            At present, the negative impact of the above topics on enterprise management is more and more obvious. Although some enterprises have orders, production equipment, casting quality can also, but the cost is too high, castings quoted customers can not accept; the enterprise technology and equipment are backward, the quality of the castings is poor, of course no one. Speed up the pace of the construction of modern enterprise system, speed up the technological progress of enterprises, improve the ability of technological innovation and product quality, make the enterprise embark on the road of sustainable development, enhance the ability of the enterprise to develop the market, improve the consciousness of economy and the level of international consciousness.
